About Dataero Radar
Dataero Radar is a free live flight tracker. It shows aircraft in real time on a worldwide map, from the signals they broadcast.
What it is
Aircraft equipped with an ADS-B transponder broadcast their identity, position, altitude and speed several times per second. Dataero Radar collects these public radio signals and shows them on a live map, free of charge for everyone.
How it works
The data comes from ADS-B receivers run by volunteers around the world: a small antenna and a low-cost computer that pick up aircraft signals and send them to the Dataero network. Every new receiver extends the coverage of the map.
Who we are
Dataero Radar is operated by Dataero Europe SRL, an aviation technology company incorporated in Belgium and based in Brussels. Dataero also builds data tools for aircraft operators and aviation authorities, and management software for airports.
